The blurry background with a comment on it is intended to keep the reader from seeing your whole story on your profile page — encouraging them to click through. Or, you could opt to format the comment, which allows the reader to see the whole thing on your profile page. But it won’t count as a read if they see it there. They, um, lied about profile views earlier.
